Personal Care Support

Our team provides additional support for individuals who have experienced a recent injury, reduced mobility, or long-term health conditions. This support can be delivered on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on individual needs.

Our personal care service is designed to support people with a wide range of healthcare requirements, with the aim of helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

Each care plan is individually tailored to reflect the severity of injury or disability, personal routines, and preferences. Support includes assistance with personal hygiene, continence care, and everyday activities, ensuring care is delivered safely and respectfully.

What Our Personal Care Support Includes

Our trained healthcare assistants provide respectful, compassionate support with personal care tasks, including:

• Assistance with bathing and shaving
• Oral hygiene support
• Continence and toileting care, delivered with dignity and privacy
• Support with moving and repositioning in bed to promote comfort and prevent pressure sores
• Foot care (non-clinical)
• Changing and maintaining stoma or catheter bags, where assessed and agreed
